Executive Chef Beau Lindborg and his brother Dillon Lindborg are mountain town natives with a passion for the culinary arts. Chef Beau recently left the shores of Lake Tahoe to pursue his own culinary vision here in Durango, CO. The duo teamed up to create Backcountry Gourmet. A food truck dedicated to bringing unique and exciting flavors to the San Juan Mountains, using fresh and local ingredients.
